Who we are
A research group, not an advocacy shop.
VAMO is a highly specialized medical research group with expertise in exploring the effects of military injuries and the disabling conditions that follow. We provide forensic medical research and evidence-based analysis to develop comprehensive medical nexus opinions for VA disability claims, and vocational assessments for Social Security Disability cases.
Our team includes former VA clinicians and rating specialists who understand how medical evidence gets weighed during review. That is the whole proposition: the people who once set and enforced the quality standard for VA medical opinions now apply it on behalf of the firms who retain us.

How an engagement runs
Intake and scope
We confirm the medical questions at issue, the deadline, and exactly what will be delivered. Scope is documented before work begins.
Records review
Our team reviews the records for the conditions at issue. If we cannot prepare what you need, there is no charge.
Research and analysis
Former VA rating specialists and clinicians work the file together, applying the regulatory standard the adjudicator will apply.
Delivery and support
You receive the signed opinion or assessment. If VA uses a contract examiner to dispute it, we prepare a rebuttal addendum at no charge.

We will confirm scope, deadline, and deliverables in writing before any work begins. Flat fee of $850. No contracts.
