Biography

Jennifer is a retired VA Rating Quality Review Specialist (RQRS). She retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs after 25 years in senior adjudicative and quality assurance roles. As an RQRS, she mastered the VA’s standards for rating accuracy and compliance. This was preceded by extensive service as a Decision Review Officer (DRO), a role requiring an expert-level understanding of the law and signatory authority on complex, contested cases. Jennifer began her technical career as a Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR), directly adjudicating thousands of claims, including specialized work on the Seriously Injured team.
