Harriet is a former C&P examiner and has performed countless C&P examinations and prepared countless medical opinions for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

She served as an expert witness in multiple civil and military legal cases involving hearing loss and tinnitus, and has written multiple articles on hearing-related topics.

She has been on the faculties of multiple colleges both in the United States and abroad, served with multiple hospitals, and was a nominee to the Board of Governors of the American Board of Audiology. She is an expert in researching the causes of hearing loss and tinnitus.
