Biography

Charles is a combat wounded Marine who has personally navigated the VA disability claims process. Charles previously served the Department of Veterans Affairs as an RVSR, and as the National C&P Examination Quality Consultant (CPEP) who ensured that C&P examiners properly completed C&P examinations and properly wrote medical opinions. Charles used his profound insight and extensive background to assemble a team of exceptionally qualified experts to prepare medical opinions for the veteran community and formed the VAMO team.
